After losing his father to cancer in 2019, Thiago Manhaes began researching healthy eating.
He first came across gluten-free foods and then vegan and sugar-free foods. Since then,
he began looking for a healthier diet and realized that it was difficult to find healthier
products and foods, since everything contained refined sugar, refined oils, and white and
refined flours. So he began to study and test recipes and more whole-grain options. At first,
he made many mistakes and many tests went wrong, but soon everything started to work
out better and his friends also began to be interested in what he was doing to eat and eat
healthier. Today, Deluxe Fit Food is consolidating and growing little by little, with mistakes
and successes, but always on this path of eating increasingly healthier.

 

Thiago Manhaes has a degree in physical education, is a personal trainer, teacher,
choreographer and was a professional dancer for 20 years. Since 2019, he has dedicated
himself a personal chef to artisanal vegan, inclusive, gluten-free, sugar-free and dietary
restrictions-free options cuisine. He has worked in many restaurants and catering
companies in NYC and Las Vegas.
